Arik Arad – President

Arik Arad has over 25 years of experience in the security and defense sectors where he has been instrumental in creating and implementing new security guidelines, programs and concepts in the international, domestic and private sector as well as collaboration with governmental entities in Israel, the U.S. and Canada. Previous positions include Head of Security for El Al, Ben Gurion Airport; Head of Security for the Shopping Centers Associations of Israel; CEO, International Consultants on Targeted Security (ICTS) USA; and Israeli Consul for Special Missions, Israeli Consulate, Canada. Mr. Arad also brings a wealth of business development experience including identifying potential acquisitions, conducting due diligence as well as managing acquired companies. At the request of former President Bush (Sr.), Mr. Arad served on the Presidential Committee on Aviation, and participated in several congressional committee hearings on the subject.

James G. Zumwalt – Executive Vice President

As a US Marine infantry officer in Vietnam and Desert Storm, Mr. Zumwalt gained an extensive security background before retiring after 26 years. This background served him well for later service in private sector security, including a position at ICTS–the world’s largest aviation security company. He served there as Executive Vice President until being offered, and accepting, a US Presidential appointment to be the Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of State for Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs. In this capacity, he worked with numerous South and Central American law enforcement agencies to incorporate a human rights curriculum into their training programs. He later returned to the private sector to run his own international business consulting firm, developing a special expertise in helping US companies gain an understanding as to how best to do business in various foreign markets. He is an established writer who has written hundreds of opinion pieces on foreign policy, defense and security issues for dozens of newspapers and magazines and has given numerous speeches to university, professional and military groups. He is featured as one of 56 military professionals in LEADING THE WAY, a book by best-selling author Al Santoli which documents the most critical moments of the interviewees’ combat experiences from Vietnam to Somalia.

He has also established an expertise in creating and implementing business development strategies by identifying defense and security companies for acquisition, conducting due diligence on same and then managing acquired companies to expand the parent company’s portfolio domestically and internationally

Roy Arad – Vice President joined Arocon Consulting in 2010, and is responsible for business development and innovation.
Roy has over 15 years of experience in Internet and enterprise software. Previously, Roy Co-Founded Tigon Software, a Startup Company focusing on online Gaming and Social networks. At Tigon Mr.Arad was responsible for creating, developing and executing the Strategic business and marketing concept as well as managing Investor relations and creating business flow.

As part of his current duties at Arocon Consulting Roy acts as Vice President of Operation for Pango USA
a mobile parking company.

Prior to Co Founding Tigon Roy was a System Admistrator at SANgate currently Sepaton an IT startup company specializing in cross platform storage solutions where he was in charge of all computer, network and software aspects of the business. Roy began his career in the Israeli Defense Forces as a graduate of the highly credible computer unit “MAMRAM”, where he served as acting head of the IT department overlooking the Chief of Staff and Head Planning unit where he managed and maintained over 300 computers.

As a relocation opportunity Roy joined the Government of Israel Ministry of Defense Mission to the USA and his last position served as Treasury Auditor. Prior to becoming Auditor Roy was responsible for the procurement of Logistic Equipment for the Israeli Army, activity that totaled 100M dollars annually.

Roy Holds a B.Sc in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology and sits on its Advisory Board.
